     A growing negative statistics on progression strokes look younger and death from cardiovascular disease among the population of Ukraine and the world is at odds with the ability of modern diagnostic techniques for objectification vascular pathology.
 
    Cardiovascular system (CAS) of the body can be compared to the pipeline: a closed system of communicating tubes of different caliber, which thanks to the work of the heart as a pump provides blood flow in arteries and veins.
Therefore, we proposed a mathematical model of vascular pipeline, which reflects the movement of blood in a closed system with numerous blood vessels of various calibers, pressure, wall characteristics, elastic-tonic properties of the vascular wall, the distal resistance and others. and control of these parameters in the arterial, capillary and venous.
 
   Appointment vascular pipeline - uninterrupted blood supply to all organs and tissues of the human body. Capillaries - is the smallest blood vessels in the vascular pipeline, which reflect the state of the entire cardiovascular system at the level of microcirculation in the heart of the remotest parts of the human body. Therefore, as manifestations of cardiovascular and vascular organ vascular insufficiency, primarily suffers blood in the capillaries.
 
   Capillaries are the arbiters of well-being in the functioning of all segments of the CAS if the picture microcirculation in the normal range - this indicates a coordinated functioning of the heart, arteries and veins in the body. In the study of CAS should, however, bear in mind that blood - it non-Newtonian liquid which takes place according to certain laws.
 
   Science that studies the movement of blood in the vessels, called hemodynamics. It is part of the Fluid - basic science that studies the movement of fluids.
Unfortunately, it so happened that today none of the specialists who treat diseases of the cardiovascular system does not use the laws of hemodynamics. None of the doctors involved in the treatment of vascular disease and are unaware insights into the vascular system from this angle, and apply the laws of hemodynamics. So today in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases therapeutic strategy and tactics in anhiohirurhiyi and anhioterapiyi not always adequate and effective in assessing the final result.
 
   Vascular conduit is a very complex system.    Therefore it is necessary to work hard to preserve the life of the patient in such critical condition in intensive care. After suffering critical conditions SSS, these patients require constant correction and support, since it is highly dependent on internal and external stimuli.

   Such approaches can increase the effectiveness of treatment on vascular pathology in 3-8 times depending on neglect mechanisms of chaos in the entire CAS.
 
   Mathematical modeling can simulate variations restructuring vasculature and to develop a theoretical model of optimal treatment plan combining anhiohirurhichnyh and angiotherapy effects that will achieve optimal results, reduce or even prophylaxis appearance reperfusion syndrome after angiotherapy interventions.
